Alliance for Environment and Rural Development [AERD] is committed to pursue scientific research as an effective way to identify new knowledge and innovative ideas to ensure the practical uses for the products. The organization
have the unique ability to raise the profile of biodiversity resources and issues in South Sudan through disseminating the information gathered to formulate policies geared towards protection and conservation of the natural environment.
Our organization works in close collaboration with universities and other international research organization. We integrate students and early-career researchers with backgrounds in wildlife conservation, fisheries and forestry into our research programs to help prepare a generation of informed young researchers who will work with the local communities.
